Pat brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership with a proven track record of driving strategic transformation across both public and private equity-backed manufacturing organizations.  His background includes senior financial roles at global, multi-site medical device manufacturing companies such as Paragon Medical and Merit Medical. Cadence, Inc., a leading provider of vertically integrated contract manufacturing solutions to the MedTech and Pharma markets, is proud to announce that the company received the 19th Annual Chancellor’s Award for Leadership in Philanthropy.  Cadence was nominated for this award by Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC).
