Machining medical device components in today’s MedTech and Pharma environment requires expertise, innovation, and precision. Cadence has spent 15 years refining its machining technology to better serve medical device customers, leading to improved patient outcomes. Our machining capabilities are optimized for high-precision and automated manufacturing. We collaborate with our customers to reach the tight tolerances of today’s medical devices.

From a 5-axis mill and a small 5 axes Swiss mill turn, we now offer machining capabilities of up to 13 axes with three tools operating simultaneously. Our services include Swiss style machining with laser cutting, 5 axis machining for intricate geometries, and processing exotic materials. These combined capabilities enable us to realize unique solutions for medical device OEMs.
