Cadence, Inc., a leading provider of vertically integrated contract manufacturing solutions to the MedTech and Pharma markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pete Scharber as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Pete will lead the company’s commercial strategy and sales organization, with a focus on expanding global customer relationships and driving continued growth.
Pete brings almost 30 years of experience in the medical manufacturing sector, including a decade in executive leadership roles. He has an exceptional track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, executing go-to-market strategies, and scaling commercial operations. His background includes key leadership roles at Nypro, SMC Ltd., MGS Healthcare Manufacturing, and Comar, where he consistently delivered strategic growth and business transformation.
